We carry out everyday plumbing and minor electrical work ourselves. Anything that must be certified, including gas, boilers, landlord EICRs and consumer units, is done by Gas Safe registered engineers and qualified electricians in our trusted network, with the proper certification.

Absolutely. We look after maintenance and quick between-guest fixes for holiday lets and short-stay properties, and we work alongside our sister company Cumbria Cleaning for changeovers, so your property is always guest-ready.

Yes. For leaks, storm damage, lockouts and anything that makes a property unsafe, we prioritise urgent call-outs to make things safe and watertight, then carry out the full repair.

Smaller jobs are quoted up front; larger or ongoing work can be arranged on a schedule or contract. You'll always know the cost before we start, and the invoice matches the quote.
